are
orientated in cells to ensure the highest efficiency
in lean production and custom
manufacturing.
Whether your requirements call for heavy or light vertical and horizontal milling or multi-axis turning operations with live tooling, PSMI is your source for all CNC requirements.
Our machining envelope includes Vertical Machining Centers with working travels to 150" x 50" x 50". Horizontal machining capabilities include a Twin Pallet Doosan HP6300 Machining Center, with a working travel of 39" x 33" x 33" and a Twin Pallet Doosan HP 5500 Machining Center, with a working travel of 31” x 27” x 29”, both capability for 4th axis machining.
Our Turning Department includes CNC Turning Centers with a working capacity from 0.25" diameter to 30" diameter. Some of our turning centers feature multi-axis and live tooling for drilling, milling and other capability.
